I did feel very accomplished when the cheese letters actually worked. I’m not going to lie about that. 😂 Ohh, didn’t think about the lack of dishes- that’s a practical reason to be a charcuterie supporter!
Bwaha! First of all, charcuterie boards are DA BOMB! Second, the first time I encountered the charcuterie countertop was at my niece's first baby shower a couple of years ago. I'd never seen one that big before and it was almost overwhelming when I DID see it. LOL. But it was so cool. And instead of butcher paper, the hostess used plastic wrap. My version would've looked like that first pic, with nothing touching. ROFL. You really have to be somewhat artistic to make these damn things; but to make it on a countertop I feel requires a degree in interior design or something. LOL

Okay but the cheese letters... amazing! Charcuterie is my go-to when I wanna feel fancy but also don't feel like dishes.

It’s definitely a commitment in countertop architecture!! How much was eaten at the baby shower??
More than I thought it was going to be, but it helped that it was co-ed. And kid-friendly, so I think that helped. LOL
